Milton wool processing plant now part of Ashford Handicrafts Ltd

To ensure the continuity of supply and quality for our customers of our wool slivers and wool/silk blends, we have purchased part of the Milton Woollen Mill previously known as Qualityarns.

Sue Grayson, an Ashford dealer from Hawkes Bay, came to visit us at the factory today.

Staff member Sandra Keith is the New Zealand  Woman's Bowls Single Champion!

We are very proud of staff member Sandra Keith who is competing in the National Lawn Bowls Championship in December-January in Auckland.

On November 17th our distributor for the Czech Republic Daniela Linhartova exhibited the Ashford range at the Centre for Environmental Education in Prague, Toulcuv Court.

In the mountain villages of Naryn, Kyrgyzstan the winters are long and very cold.  Seventy percent of families live on less than $1 per day and have few income opportunities.
