The Joy is the solution to portable spinning. You can take this wheel with you wherever you go!  The revolutionary design is ultra light weight and folds up to fit inside a carry bag.

It has scotch tension and four flyer ratios for fine to chunky novelty yarns.The bobbins fit into the frame and the board folds flat.
The Joy comes to you assembled, lacquered and ready to go.  Made from strong furniture grade plywood.

Pockets - one inside and two outside will store your mini - carders, fibre and niddy noddy.

Freedom Flyer

This fantastic new flyer gives you the freedom to spin your wild carder batts into fabulous, fun and funky art yarns on your Joy spinning wheel.
With the enormous 25mm (1in) orifice and hooks you can spin and ply fibres, feathers, fabric, ribbons, cocoons and more. The open hooks make threading super fast and easy.

The kit includes one jumbo bobbin and will fit all existing Joy spinning wheels.

Includes a sliding hook flyer as standard.
Fill the bobbins evenly with the squeeze-and-slide stainless steel hooks.
Graphite fibreglass arms make these flyers light and strong.
New sliding hook flyer bobbins hold up to 30% more yarn - 3 included.
Now start treadling with your right foot.

A sliding hook flyer including 1 bobbin is now available as a retro kit for all existing Joy Spinning Wheels. Due to the larger bobbins, the treadle may not fold completely with these bobbins stored in previous models.
