The long story of a long warp. One warp one wardrobe was an idea that I came up with to challenge myself and my loom. If you know me, you probably know that sometimes I just "wing it" rather than working out the full plan before I start something - the ideas sometimes evolve as I go. This particular project didn’t veer too much in the overall plan - placing one warp on my loom to weave fabric for a capsule "one" wardrobe, however the details did change and evolve along the way.

We are very grateful to be able to supply so many craftsfolk, textile artists, teachers and passionate creators with our products all the way from New Zealand, pretty much at the bottom of the world where we manufacture our wheels and looms and ship them far and wide - to over 57 countries this past year. If you haven't tried waffle weave yet – you will be amazed at the magic that happens when you take it off the loom and wash it. Stefan Moberg wove these beautiful cotton towels that featured in Issue 33 of The Wheel magazine. These were woven on the Jack loom and the draft is a tie-up. I have also included a lift plan draft for a scrumptious woollen throw woven on a 60cm eight shaft table loom.
